Deb Gauthier lives in South West Michigan with her family. Art is an outlet from the everyday life in a house full of boys. Working with various mediums, painting has been an interest since childhood, spending summers watching her grandfather paint landscape oils on his screened porch. “If I can make my work pop off the canvas like he did, I’ll have succeeded at this !”

Murals have been a mainstay for Deb for the last 11 years, mostly children’s rooms or the odd space that needed something to make it special.

Paintings of nature and animals are a common feature. She enjoys working closely with clients to achieve something memorable and meaningful to their family.

Deb is a member of the Glen Arbor Art Association.
